Refund Policy

Refund Policy:

We accept return or refund requests withing 14 days of delivery if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from what was described.

Customers must contact us first with their order number and photos or a short video of the issue.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging where possible.

​

We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size/color selected by the customer, or delays caused by the courier after the item has shipped.

Refunds are processed once the issue is reviewed and approved and according to our fair refund policy.
